About the Role Rental Sales Agent / Associate at McKie Automotive Group is a customer-facing sales role focused on helping customers rent vehicles while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. What You'll Do
- Build relationships & create customers for life
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Be the vehicle expert and demonstrate features to ensure a positive rental experience What We're Looking For
- Customer-service or sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication
- Willing to work varied schedule including nights, weekends, holidays Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive wage DOE plus lucrative commission/incentive/bonus plan paid monthly
- Earning potential ranges from $35k-60k a year depending on sales motivation
