We are hiring remote support contractors to provide customer support remotely to US-based customers; roles are open as part-time, full-time, or 1099 contractors and include paid training.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support remotely (role title indicates customer support / remote support contractor).
Requirements
- Must have a Windows 11 computer with 8GB+ RAM.
- Must have a webcam.
- Must have a USB headset.
- Must have two monitors.
- Must have reliable wired internet.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently is required.
Training:
- 4 weeks paid training, Monday – Friday.
Compensation
- Pay range is $9 – $15 per hour.
