Remote Sourcer

Remote Sourcer Our team is seeking a Remote Sourcer to support hiring efforts for manufacturing roles within the aerospace industry. In this position, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for high-demand production and skilled trade positions. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and experienced in sourcing talent in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

The Remote Sourcer will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and help drive hiring for critical aerospace manufacturing positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for aerospace manufacturing roles, including assemblers, machinists, CNC operators, inspectors, production technicians, maintenance technicians, and related support positions.

• Use job boards, resume databases, social media platforms, referrals, and direct outreach to identify qualified talent.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current openings and future hiring needs.

• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening conversations with candidates to assess experience, availability, shift preference, and work authorization.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and market challenges.

• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system or CRM.

• Support high-volume hiring initiatives while managing multiple requisitions at once.

• Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill manufacturing and skilled trade roles.

• Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and early screening process.

• 1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.

• Experience sourcing for manufacturing, production, industrial, skilled trades, or aerospace-related roles preferred.

• Familiarity with positions such as CNC machinists, assemblers, inspectors, technicians, and other plant or production roles.

• Strong experience with online sourcing tools, job boards, Boolean search, and candidate outreach methods.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
