About the Role Du entwickelst die Premium-Retail-Strategie für die DACH-Region und betreust das OPI Professional Business in der Schweiz. Du arbeitest eng mit internationalen Teams zusammen und hast die Möglichkeit, Deine Expertise perspektivisch auf den Western Europe Cluster auszuweiten. Ziel ist es, Premium-Marken am POS sowie online erlebbar zu machen und nachhaltiges Wachstum sicherzustellen. What You'll Do
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Premium-Retail-Strategie für die DACH-Region
- Verantwortung für Umsatz, Profitabilität sowie Customer P&L im Premium-Retail-Kanal
- Strategische Betreuung und Ausbau unserer wichtigsten Premium-Handelspartner, insbesondere Douglas, sowie weiterer führender Retailer in Deutschland und der Schweiz
- Führung komplexer Jahresverhandlungen sowie Entwicklung gemeinsamer Business-Pläne mit unseren Kunden
