Stefanini is looking for Part Time and Remote Proofreader in New York, NY

Open for W2 candidates only!

Work Location and Shift:

• Work 100% remotely with the ability to occasionally transition to an office setting if needed for business continuity
• Address: 205 W 39th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10018
• Hours: 5 days per week, 4 hours per day (flex to work an additional hour when needed)
• Shift: 9AM - 1PM

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 1-2 years minimum experience

• Previous proofreading experience is required within CPG, retail, fashion or other relevant industry

• Acute attention to detail, ability to work in various platforms (layout approval software) and media (both printed and digital).

• Previous experience proofing in multiple languages

• Works well in a fast-paced environment

• Highly organized

• Clear communicator.

• Must be able to work cross-functionality and is deadline driven
