Brief Role Description We are seeking a safety-driven and detail-oriented Remote Vehicle Guidance Operator to support live autonomous vehicle (AV) operations. In this role, you will monitor autonomous vehicles in real time, assess complex driving situations, and issue authorized remote vehicle guidance commands within defined authority levels and safety procedures. You serve as a human-in-the-loop layer, helping ensure AV operations remain safe, compliant, and reliable in real-world conditions. The operator provides structured decision support and authorized remote guidance to autonomous vehicles, while capturing high-quality operational feedback to support continuous system improvement.
