About the Role Charlie Health offers remote roles supporting Charlie Health's virtual substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program, which is only available in select states, and its virtual eating disorder (ED) program, also available in select states. All professional medical services are provided by licensed physicians and clinicians affiliated with independently owned and operated professional practices. This remote clinical role supports the delivery of medical services through CH Medical practices and emphasizes telehealth, multi-state compliance, and coordination of care across state licensure and health plan networks. What You'll Do
- Support delivery of virtual SUD/ED treatment services as part of the Charlie Health Medical network.
- Collaborate with licensed physicians and clinicians in CH Medical practices to coordinate patient care across telehealth channels.
- Ensure compliance with state licensure requirements (e.g., CA, NC, NJ, NY) and health plan network standards.
- Maintain electronic health records and facilitate information sharing with primary care providers unless patients opt out. What We're Looking For
- Licensed physicians and clinicians affiliated with CH Medical practices or Charlie Health affiliates.
- Ability to work in a telehealth/virtual care setting and adhere to multi-state regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with records sharing with primary care providers via electronic patient record systems, with opt-out options where applicable. Nice to Have
- Experience delivering virtual care programs (telehealth) and navigating network-based payment protections.
- Comfort working in a remote, multi-state program delivering SUD/ED treatment. Compensation & Benefits
