About the Role Remote Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator supporting data-powered healthcare initiatives. The role focuses on outreach, data collection, and report management to improve Medicare Advantage quality metrics and operational performance. What You'll Do
- Conduct outreach to collect and validate data
- Compile, analyze, and manage quality reports using EMR data
- Support Medicare Advantage quality abstraction and patient outreach efforts
- Collaborate with care teams to implement improvement plans and communicate findings
- Maintain documentation and track performance metrics over time What We're Looking For
- Associate degree or licensed CMA/LPN
- 1–3 years healthcare experience with EMR/charting
- Minimum 2 years Medicare Advantage quality abstraction and patient outreach
- Strong communication and technical skills
- Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, 365) Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $28-$30 per hour
- Full-time remote role
