About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a Remote Client Engineer to collaborate with Data Center stakeholders to manage CloudForge inventory (internal AWS rack position inventory and floorplan management system) and Facility Inventory Topology (FIT – power topology data management system). You will drive inventory change requests, ensure accuracy of configurations, and support day-to-day Data Center Delivery tasks in a fully remote engagement with Techmahindra clients. What You'll Do
- Work with Data Center stakeholders to execute CloudForge (internal AWS rack position inventory and floorplan management system) and Facility Inventory Topology (FIT – power topology data management system) inventory change requests.
- Drive change request completion within defined SLAs.
- Ensure accuracy in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up.
