About the Role Ball Corporation is seeking a Relief Operator in Production for its Belgrade facility. This role participates in and supports the factory's overall business plan and objectives, while upholding quality, safety, and environmental standards. You will play a key role in ensuring production processes run smoothly and safely.
What You'll Do
- Operate, control, adjust, maintain and care for can production machines and equipment to meet safety, quality, performance and reliability parameters.
- Monitor, analyze and record machine and process parameters with a focus on quality, scrap and efficiency according to the targets.
- Participate in regular and unscheduled maintenance of machines and equipment across the entire production process.
