About the Role Koch IP Holdings, LLC. (Georgia-Pacific Building Products Division) is seeking a Reliability Leader to enhance maintenance and operations at the Albany, GA lumber mill. The role leads the Reliability and Continuous Improvement program to ensure the facility complies with company requirements, regulatory requirements, and relevant codes, standards, guidelines, and RAGAGEP from industrial and professional organizations. What You'll Do
- Lead the site’s effort to build, implement, and manage a sustainable Maintenance Reliability program.
- Manage and prioritize site’s fixed equipment efforts based on risk, value, compliance, and business needs.
- Develop and implement inspection plans, maintenance strategies, and repair procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of fixed equipment.
- Develop and maintain site’s fixed equipment, short- and long-term plans.
