Reliability Leader

About the Role Koch IP Holdings, LLC. (Georgia-Pacific Building Products Division) is seeking a Reliability Leader to enhance maintenance and operations at the Albany, GA lumber mill. The role leads the Reliability and Continuous Improvement program to ensure the facility complies with company requirements, regulatory requirements, and relevant codes, standards, guidelines, and RAGAGEP from industrial and professional organizations. What You'll Do

• Lead the site’s effort to build, implement, and manage a sustainable Maintenance Reliability program.
• Manage and prioritize site’s fixed equipment efforts based on risk, value, compliance, and business needs.
• Develop and implement inspection plans, maintenance strategies, and repair procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of fixed equipment.
• Develop and maintain site’s fixed equipment, short- and long-term plans.
• Serve as site owner and steward of tools, enablers, associate data and information associated with fixed equipment inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance.
• Utilize best practices and standards to standardize the site’s processes and execution of fixed equipment program.
• Maintain metrics to measure progress of the fixed equipment program and review that progress with site leaders on a standard cadence.
• Collaborate with other site capabilities groups aligning with safety, environmental, and business vision.
• Provide technical expertise and support to operations, maintenance and capital project teams in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment optimization.
• Participate in the design and construction of new fixed equipment to ensure maintainability, reliability, and safe operation.
• Assist in recognizing when equipment deficiencies occur, including controls to help ensure that equipment deficiencies do not lead to serious incidents.
• Ensure that personnel assigned to inspect, test, and maintain fixed equipment are appropriately qualified and have access to appropriate procedures.
• Provide engineering support for Maintenance and Operations (troubleshooting, problem solving, cost estimation). What We're Looking For
• Experience leading maintenance reliability/continuous improvement programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to develop and implement inspection plans, maintenance strategies, and repair procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment optimization skills.
• Experience managing a data/information program for fixed equipment and tracking metrics.
• Ability to collaborate with safety, environmental, and business teams.
• Ensure personnel assigned to inspect/maintain fixed equipment are appropriately qualified and have access to relevant procedures.
• Willingness to participate in the design and construction of new fixed equipment to ensure maintainability, reliability, and safe operation.
