We are looking for a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer for our location in Zwijndrecht (NL). The Zwijndrecht site produces emulsifiers sold worldwide and also serves as a distribution center for food ingredients produced by other Kerry locations in Western Europe. Kerry strives for continuous innovation, technological creativity and operational excellence in every area of the organization. The Maintenance & Reliability Engineer's role is to optimize maintenance of production and process equipment, make maintenance more predictable and controllable, and reduce production downtime due to equipment failures.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Auditing the existing Planned & Preventive Maintenance program, refining and implementing improvements in equipment inspection and PPM practices.
• Collaborating with production teams to perform asset analyses, including asset utilization, equipment effectiveness, remaining useful life and other parameters that define asset condition, reliability and cost.
• Using and leveraging Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize costs, identify gaps and opportunities to improve asset performance.
• Analyzing history of equipment failures to identify repetitive issues and design/co-ordinate solutions.
• Leading and supporting analyses of future equipment and system failures, using problem-solving and continuous improvement tools (eg RCA, Ishikawa, DMAIC and FMECA).
• Maintaining master data and updating the Maintenance Management System (SAP-PM).
• Using the KAMPS (Kerry Asset Maintenance System) process and tools.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Maintenance and Reliability.
• Supporting the training, assessment and evaluation of site production and maintenance teams.
• Maintaining broad knowledge of industry trends and new technological innovations in Maintenance and Reliability to improve Kerry's production capabilities and operations.

Wat wij vragen

• A degree in Engineering, Asset Integrity Management or Maintenance & Asset Management is highly desirable.
• Experience in a similar role as Maintenance / Reliability Engineer.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is essential; knowledge of the food, chemical industries and compliance with food safety is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in building solid working relationships.
• Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in RCM, RCA and FMEA.
• Lean & 6 Sigma.
