About the Role Netradyne is seeking a Relay Safety Rewards Program Coordinator to help fleets adopt the Driver•i system and participate in Amazon Relay safety rewards. You’ll work with carrier customers to onboard, configure dash cams, ensure in-cab alerts are enabled, and coordinate data sharing with Amazon to support rewards calculations across all drivers. What You'll Do
- Onboard fleets to the Relay safety rewards program and drive adoption of the Driver•i system
- Coordinate dash cam provisioning, installation (Netradyne will deliver and install at Amazon yards), and activation with in-cab alerts
- Manage data signals to Amazon: verify dash cam on, collision alerts, and applicable metrics monthly
- Explain reward mechanics: per-mile bonuses ($0.01–$0.04) for collision-free miles and monthly payment timing
- Work with customers to track progress against program requirements (collision-free records, active alerts, and eligible hauled loads) What We're Looking For
- Experience with fleet safety tech, dash cams, or driver coaching programs
- Knowledge of data signals, alerts, and basic measurement of safety performance
- Customer-facing experience and ability to guide fleets through enrollment and activation processes
- Understanding of transportation or trucking industry preferred Nice to Have
- Experience with Amazon Relay or similar carrier reward programs
- Project coordination or vendor management experience Compensation & Benefits
- Earn between $0.01 and $0.04 per collision-free mile on Relay loads with an eligible dash cam
- Payments are made monthly
- Amazon covers hardware, installation, and the first year of service when enrolled in safety rewards (rates pre-negotiated; no cost while eligible)
- Verified trucks may qualify for a free dash cam
