Job Title: Relationship Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Relationship Officer will be responsible for sourcing new customers, disbursement of collatarized loan, marketing the Bank's loan products, conducting credit assessments, monitoring loan portfolios, and ensuring timely loan repayments.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong marketing skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote the Bank's loan products and services.
• Source and onboard new collatarized loan customers.
• Conduct customer visits, business appraisals, and credit investigations.
• Analyze customers' repayment capacity and recommend suitable loan facilities.
• Prepare and process loan applications in line with the Bank's policies.
• Monitor disbursed loans and ensure prompt repayment.
• Maintain quality loan portfolios and minimize delinquency rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve assigned business development and portfolio growth targets.
• Prepare periodic reports on marketing and loan activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Previous experience in loan marketing, sales, microfinance banking, or related financial services will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good analytical and credit assessment skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary

N300,000 - N450,000 monthly.
