Description
- Loochi Investment Ltd, a lending firm serving underserved entrepreneurs and small business owners, is seeking a results-driven Relationship Officer to identify clients, assess creditworthiness, manage loan portfolios, and build lasting borrower relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential clients through community outreach, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct client interviews and site visits to assess business operations, financial standing, and creditworthiness.
- Prepare loan appraisals and documentation for credit committee review.
- Monitor loan portfolios and ensure timely repayments.
- Build long-term relationships with borrowers and provide basic financial guidance.
- Ensure loan processing complies with company credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- BA/BSc or HND.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
