Section: Relationship Officer (Field Sales & Onboarding)
- Location: Ibadan, Osun & Ondo
- Salary: ₦100,000–₦150,000
- Conveyance: ₦40,000–₦60,000 + Performance Incentives
- Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, microfinance or lending
- Strong sales, communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new customers
- Complete and verify KYC documentation
- Drive GMV, product adoption and portfolio growth
- Build customer relationships through field visits
- Monitor repayments and escalate risks
- Share market insights and activity reports
