About the Role MGT Insurance is the first AI-driven, neo-insurer focused on evolving commercial P&C insurance for brokers and small business owners. This Relationship Manager role builds and manages partner relationships to drive growth in a hybrid work environment. What You'll Do
- Build relationships with partners
- Drive growth and onboarding of new partners
- Collaborate with brokers to expand commercial P&C distribution What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in relationship/partner/account management (insurance experience preferred)
- Knowledge of commercial lines and P&C distribution
- Analytical and communication skills Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90k-$130k per year
- Location: Denver, Colorado, United States
- Work arrangement: Hybrid, Full-time
