Job title: Relationship and Account Manager - For The Record
About the Role
This role leads relationship and account management for a portfolio of key US-based customers within For The Record. You will cultivate long-term partnerships, advocate for customer needs, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure contract success and growth as AI-based technologies are introduced.
What You'll Do

Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the contracted customer base, including regular client visits and updates on the product roadmap.

Develop and execute strategic contract management plans, defining performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones; monitor contract performance and present concise reports to management; identify renewals and new opportunities.

Proactively document and escalate product issues, bugs, or enhancement requests to appropriate teams; collaborate with sales, implementation, product development, support, and marketing to resolve issues efficiently.

Collaborate across internal business units to drive issue resolution and deliver exceptional customer experiences; support clients in state and court environments.

Willingness to travel 10-25% as needed to meet with customers.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of account management and stakeholder engagement experience.

Experience within the justice system and courtroom environments preferred.

Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Highly organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple competing priorities; excellent written and verbal communication and public speaking skills.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong business acumen; high emotional intelligence and ability to influence stakeholders.

Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously.

Attention to detail and ability to build rapport across internal and external teams.

Technical background in audio/video.

Experience with cloud technologies and natural language processing.

Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships; tender writing, coordinating, and responding to RFPs; contract negotiation; collaborating with external partners.

Experience navigating client environments, including state and court systems; background or security checks may be required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $74,575 - $121,675 USD per year. Benefits and competitive compensation included.
