Overview
We are currently seeking a Regulatory Counsel within our Regulatory Affairs team, based in our HK office. In this role you will work closely with the APAC Head of Compliance and the Chief Regulatory Counsel (based in the US). The team supports a wide variety of regulatory and compliance matters across the firm and interfaces directly with trading, technology, operations and legal teams, as well as with external regulators, market participants and industry bodies across the APAC region.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 8 years of experience in providing guidance on regulatory and/or compliance matters, with direct exposure to trading and market structure issues involving one or more major APAC regulators (e.g. ASIC, SFC, MAS)
