Job title: Regulatory Affairs Lead, Saudi Arabia
About the Role Lead regulatory strategies for P&G Personal Healthcare in Saudi Arabia and support policy engagement to enable timely product approvals and market access. Own regulatory lifecycle activities across assessment, submissions, approvals, and compliance, ensuring alignment with local requirements. Partner with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders to advocate science-based policies and contribute to an enabling environment for innovation and patient access.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day Regulatory Affairs activities for assigned products and initiatives in Saudi Arabia, aligning with regional and global regulatory strategies.
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscape in Saudi Arabia and provide strategic insights on changes and their impact on registrations and business operations.
- Manage preparation, compilation, and submission of regulatory dossiers, including responses to health authority queries and correspondence, in accordance with guidelines and country-specific requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Quality, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to support regulatory strategies that enable efficient approvals and lifecycle management.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders to support transparent communication and facilitate regulatory processes.
- Support Public Policy and advocacy initiatives by engaging with industry associations, government entities, and regulatory bodies to promote science-based, predictable and innovation-friendly regulatory frameworks.
- Design and lead training programs for regulatory and other departments to ensure up-to-date regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Proactively identify regulatory risks and develop strategies to ensure continuous compliance and business continuity.
- Mentoring and team development: effectively manage and mentor teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth within regulatory affairs.
What We're Looking For
- Deep regulatory expertise in Saudi Arabia with experience leading regulatory submissions and lifecycle management.
- Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate regulatory landscape.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with R&D, Quality, Legal, and Commercial teams.
- Ability to design training programs and mentor teams.
- Experience designing or sourcing health economics projects to support messaging and adoption (optional).
- Knowledge of policy advocacy and public policy engagement.
Nice to Have
- Health economics project experience.
