About the Role
Cypresshill Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM) to provide quality patient care, support mothers throughout pregnancy and childbirth, and assist with clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and complete patient health records.
- Provide prenatal and postnatal care, including screening tests.
- Monitor labour and advise mothers on pain management options.
- Identify high-risk pregnancies and refer patients to relevant specialists.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Record vital signs and monitor changes in patient conditions.
- Order diagnostic and clinical tests.
- Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant work experience.
- Relevant nursing and midwifery qualifications.
- Ability to monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and maintain accurate medical records.
