Job title: Registered Respiratory Therapist
About the Role Logan Health Medical Center has opportunities for Respiratory Therapists to join our inpatient team in Kalispell, MT. You will provide high-impact care in a designated trauma center and gain hands-on experience across diverse settings, including critical care, PICU, NICU, ER, med/surg, and more.
What You'll Do
- Provide respiratory care to a broad patient population, from labor and delivery to geriatrics.
- Work across diverse settings including critical care, PICU, NICU, ER, med/surg, and more to support patient recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases and deliver evidence-based therapies.
- Support mentorship and ongoing professional growth within a team-focused culture.
What We're Looking For
- Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required (or obtained prior to hire date).
- NBRC credentialed: either Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT); CRT must obtain NBRC RRT within one year of hire.
- Will consider new graduates.
- RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire/transfer; PALS within 6 months.
- Night shift - 12 hours; willingness to work nights in a 24/7 operation.

Nice to Have
- Trauma center or critical care experience preferred (not required).
