About the Role The Registered Nurse will float between Peds/PICU, Mother/Baby and NICU at Edward Hospital and SCN at Elmhurst Hospital to support the Women's and Children Resource Team on nights. This role requires flexible coverage across locations and rotating weekend/holiday shifts. What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care across pediatric and neonatal units (Peds/PICU, NICU, and Mother/Baby) as part of the Women's and Children Resource Team.
- Float between Edward Hospital in Naperville and Elmhurst Hospital in Elmhurst during night shifts (7 pm–7:30 am) with rotating weekends and holidays.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, patient-centered care and ensure unit readiness.
- Maintain required certifications and licensure; document care and patient outcomes according to policy. What We're Looking For
- One to two years of PICU and NICU experience.
- Associate Degree in Nursing; if ADN is the highest degree, BSN must be completed within five years of start date.
- Current Illinois RN licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- PALS within six months of start date; NRP within six months of start date. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $36.00 - $55.80
