About the Role The RN will provide home health care to patients and families, focusing on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining or restoring health, and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. The RN will supervise LPNs and HHAs. What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive home health care to patients in their homes and communities, coordinating care with families and care teams.
- Focus on prevention, health promotion, maintenance, restoration of health, and minimizing illness impact.
- Supervise LPNs and HHAs and support team collaboration. What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- Home health experience preferred; 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
- Ability to travel to patient homes in Waltham, Wayland, Weston and surrounding towns.
- Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and patient/family education skills. Nice to Have
- Supervisory experience with LPNs and HHAs is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $86,000 - $129,000 per year, based on a 40-hour schedule; pro-rated for part-time hours.
- Benefits start on day 1: medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits.
- Three weeks of paid time off, six holidays, six floating holidays.
- Mileage reimbursement; paid bi-weekly.
- Benefits available for schedules of 20 hours or more per week, pro-rated for part-time.
