About the Role The Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing care for patients in the Rehabilitation Unit at Maryview Medical Center, delivering skilled, compassionate care and leading care planning to improve outcomes. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, understand charting, and assess patient condition
- Assess, stage, photograph, and measure wounds
- Evaluate, update and revise the plan of care to meet planned outcomes
- Administer medications safely per policies
- Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association
- Experience: 1 year of clinical patient care experience in an acute care setting, long-term care facility, or physician practice (preferred, not required); 1 year of experience in an acute rehabilitation facility (preferred, not required)
- Training: EPIC Electronic Health Record training (preferred, not required) Nice to Have
- EPIC EHR training (preferred) Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available
- Salary range: $34.33 - $54.93 per hour
