About the Role Registered Nurse (RN) at Signature HealthCARE in Lexington, KY. You will provide direct and compassionate care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, and help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards to deliver high-quality care. What You'll Do
- Provide direct and compassionate care to patients/residents
- Supervise day-to-day activities of nursing assistants
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing
- Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility What We're Looking For
- Active RN license in the state of residence
- Current CPR Certification
- Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience supervising nursing assistants and coordinating care
- Familiarity with Care.ai and VitalLinks (if applicable) Nice to Have
- Experience with Care.ai and VitalLinks is a plus Compensation & Benefits
- Job Type: Full-Time; Night Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- Sign-on Bonus: $7,500
- Salary: Up to USD $42.94 per hour; pay based on years of licensed experience and shift differential
