What You'll Do

Provide safe, compassionate care to high-acuity patients

Manage complex patient assignments and changing clinical conditions

Monitor patients and recognize changes requiring intervention

Provide cardiac, critical care, and advanced nursing care

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams

Support and mentor newer nurses

Contribute to quality improvement and positive patient outcomes

What We're Looking For
-
Current RN license in Wisconsin or compact-state eligibility
-
BLS certification
-
RN experience in Critical care, ICU, IMCU, step-down, progressive care, telemetry, or a similar high-acuity setting

Cardiac care experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Nurses with leadership or preceptor experience are encouraged to apply
