Job title: Registered Nurse - Med/Surg/Tele
About the Role The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The role involves collaboration with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
What You'll Do
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients across Med/Surg/Tele units.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Certification: Current Illinois RN licensure and BLS certification.
- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts, including Day and Night shifts, across multiple locations (onsite).
Nice to Have
- BSN (Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing) preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $36.00 - $55.80 per hour.
