Job title: Registered Nurse - MCU - FT - Nights
About the Role Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, this position provides nursing care to patients in the Medical Care Unit. The RN will educate patients and significant others, document care in the medical record, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate overall patient care.
What You'll Do
- Apply nursing process to patient care within RN scope per Oregon Board of Nursing.
- Educate patients and significant others.
- Document patient care in the medical record / EMR.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license in Oregon.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
- Recent (within past 5 years) acute care hospital experience preferred.
- Strong English reading/writing, communication skills; critical thinking; ability to teach; respond to patient crises/emergencies.
- Proficient in computer use and EMR documentation.
- Ability to sit/stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently; must maintain regular, punctual attendance.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage range: $47.82 - $71.26 USD per hour.
