About the Role As a Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) at Bay Area Hospital, you will provide patient care within the RN scope of practice, applying the nursing process, educating patients and families, and documenting in the medical record. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care for IMCU patients.

- Apply the nursing process to IMCU patient care.
- Teach patients and significant others.
- Document patient care in the medical record/EMR.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, prioritize effectively, and respond to crises.
- Maintain regular attendance and adapt to shift needs.
What We're Looking For
- Oregon RN license in good standing.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
