About the Role Registered Nurse ICU – Ontario, CA, full-time night shift. Responsible for providing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, with physician-led care teams, and contributing to the patient recovery journey. Roles may involve critical decision-making and coordination with interdisciplinary team. What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU and monitor patient status
- Document care and maintain accurate EMR records
- Respond to emergencies and support the care team during night shifts What We're Looking For
- Active RN licensure in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of critical care/ICU experience
- Basic computer skills; strong communication and clinical judgment
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ICU workflows and interdisciplinary collaboration Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $50-$63 per hour
