- Get the Best Training: Start with a two-week clinical orientation to learn procedures, EMR system, safety protocols, and compassionate care.
- Be the Expert: Assess patients with complex health needs, develop personalized care plans, ensure the best outcomes.
- Make a Connection: Educate and guide patients and families through their healthcare journey.
- Collaborate for Success: Work with VNA clinicians and external providers for seamless care and optimal results.
- Document with Purpose: Record changes in patient conditions and update care plans accordingly. What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- 1+ year of clinical experience as an RN (homecare experience a bonus).
- Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with EMR.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable car for travel to patient homes.
- Physical ability to handle indoor/outdoor work and use clinical equipment.
- Comfortable using phone/computer and digital tools to stay connected. Nice to Have
- Experience in homecare is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: USD $42.00 - $50.00 per hour (per New Jersey Pay Transparency Act).
- Location: East Brunswick, NJ (Middlesex County).
