About the Role The Registered Nurse (RN) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to provide quality, holistic nursing care in accordance with nursing practice standards and health care regulations that govern the practice of professional nursing. RNs lead and direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions.
What You'll Do
- Provide quality nursing care for residents in accordance with standards and regulations.
- Lead and direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure care standards and regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Active non-probationary RN license
- CPR certification (class-instructed)
- Background and health screening clearance
- TB testing
- Ability to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs
- English proficiency
