About the Role The Registered Nurse will provide direct clinical care to students, perform initial assessments and treatment for illnesses or injuries, and support health promotion within Grove City College's Christian mission. This full-time position also involves health record management and coordination of physician office hours as part of the Student Health Services team. What You'll Do
- Provide initial assessments and treatment for students presenting with illness or injury.
- Administer medications and support in coordinating physician office hours.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
- Support athletic and club sport screenings.
- Participate in campus-wide health initiatives such as flu clinics and wellness education. What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred).
- Current Pennsylvania RN license and Basic Life Support certification.
- Experience in emergency, urgent care, or college health setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, faculty, and staff.
- Physical stamina, attention to detail, and commitment to professional development.
- Understanding and commitment to the Christian mission and vision of Grove City College. Nice to Have
- Experience in a faith-based college environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with health education and campus wellness initiatives is advantageous.
