About the Role VNA Care is seeking Home Health RNs for full-time roles to provide in-home patient care in Framingham, Natick and surrounding towns. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with no weekend requirements. This role involves traveling within a designated territory to deliver compassionate home health care. What You'll Do
- Conduct home visits to assess patient needs and provide necessary care
- Utilize Case Management, Oasis E documentation, Time Management, and EMR system (Home Care Home Base)
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans What We're Looking For
- Must hold a valid MA RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of med/surg experience; acute care experience is beneficial
- Ability to work with compassion, organization, and excellent multitasking skills
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory (Framingham, Natick, and surrounding towns) Compensation & Benefits
