About the Role Registered Nurse - Cath Lab at Edward Hospital in Naperville is a full-time nursing role focused on delivering catheterization laboratory patient care. The nurse will assess patients’ condition using critical thinking, plan and implement care, monitor progress, and document observations while collaborating with the care team to achieve unit goals. What You'll Do
- Render professional nursing care to patients in the Cath Lab to provide quality patient care.
- Employ critical thinking to assess patients’ condition, recognize deviations, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and record pertinent observations.
- Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and function as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
- Adapt duties as assigned by the unit or shift. What We're Looking For
- Education: Associate degree in nursing or higher; BSN required within 5 years of start date.
- License/Certification: Current State of Illinois RN licensure; CPR (BLS) current; ACLS within 6 months of start date. Nice to Have Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $36.00 - $55.80 hourly
- Eligibility for Annual Incentive Plan based on organizational performance.
