About the Role The Registered Nurse will scrub and circulate in the Cardiovascular Center operating rooms under the clinical supervision of the Clinical Nursing Director. The role includes shift rotation and on-call responsibilities, as well as assisting in teaching activities in the Operating Room. What You'll Do
- Scrub and circulate in the Cardiovascular Center operating rooms under the supervision of a Clinical Nursing Director.
- Rotate shifts and accept on-call duties as assigned by the Clinical Nursing Director.
- Assist in the teaching activities of the Operating Room. What We're Looking For
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Michigan
- One (1) year of current Operating Room experience as an RN (within the last year)
- Ability to work with a non-responsive patient population
- Call commitment with 30-minute response time
- Resume required (for both internal & external applicants) Desired Qualifications
- CNOR certification (within 3 years)
- BSN
- Demonstrated ability to handle stress, conflict and resolution; strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Motivation and organizational skills Nice to Have
- CNOR certification

- Hourly range for Registered Nurses: $41.78 - $64.81 per hour
- Evening Differential: $3.00 per hour; Night Differential: $4.00 per hour
- Day Shift Weekend Differential: $2.90 per hour; Evening Shift Weekend Differential: $5.90 per hour; Night Shift Weekend Differential: $6.90 per hour
- Charge Nurse Differential: $1.00 per hour
