About the Role The Registered Nurse on the Cardiac Medical Telemetry unit at Highland Park Hospital provides safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care during the Night shift (7pm–7:30am) on a part-time basis. The role uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care, guides unlicensed assistive personnel, and collaborates with the healthcare team to promote optimal patient outcomes and a high-quality experience. What You'll Do
- Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a cardiac telemetry unit.
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
