About the Role
Cape Fox Concentric Methods, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse for the Behavioral Health unit to provide full-time nursing services to Marines at Camp Lejeune, NC. The role involves coordinating patient care with multidisciplinary teams and delivering care to support clinical outcomes, quality, and cost effectiveness.
What You'll Do

Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals.

Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Perform physical exams and health histories.

Formulate and carry out a goal directed plan based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes, prioritized by patient needs and available resources including time, personnel, equipment and supplies.

Identify patient/significant other learning needs and implement appropriate measures to meet identified needs.

Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.

Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions.

Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare professionals.

Accountable for making patient care assignments based on scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel.

Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and quickly react in emergency situations.

Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate.

Provide concise documentation of care and recommendations in patient’s medical record in no less than 24 hours after the patient is seen.

Participate in group medical appointments including Shared Medical Appointments (SMA) and Drop-in Group Medical Appointments (DIGMA).

Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF.

Schedule: Services shall be provided Monday through Friday, from 0630 and 1900 for an 8.5 or 9-hour shift to include an uncompensated 30-minute or 1-hour meal break, depending on shift length.

What We're Looking For

Active Registered Nurse license (state as applicable).

Minimum of 1 year Behavioral Health experience after graduation.

Ability to coordinate care and supervise other healthcare professionals.

Willingness to work onsite at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate established at $42.83 (base $37.74 for up to 40 hours/week; an additional $5.09/hour Health & Welfare will be added to the final rate for up to 40 hours/week as required by Service Contract Labor Standards).

Schedule Monday through Friday, 0630–1900 for an 8.5 or 9-hour shift with an uncompensated 30-minute or 1-hour meal break.
