Job title: Registered Nurse – Aesthetic Training Provided
About the Role As the clinical RN in this fast‑paced aesthetic clinic, you will serve as the clinical expert guiding patients from the initial consult through long‑term results, with aesthetic training provided. You’ll perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments, document precisely, and collaborate with care teams across multiple locations to ensure a seamless patient journey.
What You'll Do
- Own your patient's full clinical journey from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results
- Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; design individualized treatment plans
- Document accurately in a custom EMR and stay engaged in a high-volume clinic
- Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor
- Stay up to date with FDA-cleared technologies and bring best practices to patient care
- Provide weekend availability and support across up to 3 assigned locations
What We're Looking For
- Current, active RN license (state-issued)
- 1+ year of acute care (ER, ICU, Med-Surg) or aesthetics background (preferred but not required)
- Weekend availability; comfortable in a high-volume environment (15–25 patients per day)
- Professional, dependable, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work at up to 3 locations within a 30-mile radius
- Proficiency with a modern EMR and documentation
Nice to Have
- Prior aesthetics experience or eagerness to train in aesthetic modalities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $60.00/hr base + $5/hr weekend differential (weekdays vs weekends)
