What you will be doing:
- Perform 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 minute massages while accommodating guest’s needs and creating individualized experiences
- Drive and dedication towards the common goal of Forbes 5 star rating
- Conduct guest consultations to assess needs, medical history, and treatment goals
- Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each guest
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation as required by regulatory standards
- Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared, sanitized, and stocked before and after each service
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and guest confidentiality
- Provide a welcoming and professional environment that promotes relaxation and wellbeing
- Recommend spa services and retail products that support guest wellness goals
- Collaborate with spa colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient daily operations
- Maintain professional licensing and continuing education requirements
- Follow all spa policies, procedures, and brand standards
