About the Role The VNA Health Group is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our dedicated team serving Union County, NJ. This role focuses on delivering high-quality nutrition care and patient-centered service within the agency's home health program, with ongoing professional development and supportive resources for employees. What You'll Do
- Support the organization's mission by delivering excellence in all aspects of the role and fostering positive interpersonal relationships with coworkers.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to assure a positive patient experience.
- Complete comprehensive nutritional evaluations on all identified patients per VNAHG policy.
- Maintain communication among team members as well as patients and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of the nutrition plan of care.
- Adhere to infection control and safety policies.
- Adhere to the organization’s policies regarding absenteeism and appearance. What We're Looking For
- BS in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition.
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Experience with culturally diverse populations.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 32.00 - USD 42.00 per hour.
