Guardian Family Dental is looking for a friendly, dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice! If you enjoy building relationships with patients, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Provide preventive hygiene care and help patients maintain healthy smiles.
• Complete periodontal charting and assist with periodontal care.
• Perform dental cleanings and apply sealants as appropriate.
• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and recommended treatment.
• Work closely with the dentists and team members to support a smooth, efficient patient experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Local anesthesia certification.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
• Someone who genuinely cares about patients and enjoys working collaboratively with others. We welcome new graduates who are ready to learn and grow, as well as experienced hygienists who enjoy being part of a close-knit team.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday
• Approximately 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits

• $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience
• Dental benefits
• Uniforms/scrubs provided
• Bonus system

Guardian Family Dental is a family dental practice serving patients in St. George, Utah. Our team includes Dr. Blaze Krogh, Dr. Richard Monahan, and our office manager, RaQuel Frei.
