About the Role
Peak Era ABA (https://peakeraaba.com/) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive and growing ABA practice in Utah County, UT. This is a great opportunity for professionals who are excited to provide meaningful, individualized care and thrive in a collaborative clinical environment.
In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.
Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings

Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA

Collect and document accurate data on client progress

Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Communicate professionally with families and team members
Qualifications

Active RBT certification through the BACB

Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields

Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism

A compassionate and patient approach to care

Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
