About the Role We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA-based therapy to children in a clinic-based day program. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, record progress, and create a safe, engaging environment to support learners with autism and other developmental disabilities. What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Track and record daily treatment data via Central Reach
- Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans
- Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain/improve performance accordingly
- Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient What We're Looking For
- Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED
- Able to move 50 lbs and physically manage patients
- Willingness to train in ABA; experience with children preferred
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills Nice to Have
- Paid supervision towards BCBA certification
- Flight Path program to become a BCBA and opportunities for growth
- Experience with Central Reach and using iPad Mini for data collection Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay $16.25 - $24.00/hour
- Up to $24 per hour for experienced and certified RBTs, based on experience and tenure
- Performance reviews every 6 months with potential for compensation increases
