Drive Regional Sales Growth & Business Results:

Achieve regional production goals, including new business and quarterly/annual sales targets
Identify market opportunities and develop strategic growth plans with distribution targets
Execute sales and marketing initiatives that drive profitable business growth
Maintain strong business persistency and quality standards

Build & Expand Distribution Relationships:

Identify, recruit and develop high-performing distribution partners and producers
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with IMO’s, MGA’s, General Agents and producers
Lead Onboarding and integration of new distribution partners
Conduct regular agency visits and maintain ongoing communication with key partners
