Regional Sales Manager - South East / South South
Sochi Foods Limited is seeking a motivated and dedicated Regional Sales Manager – South East/South South to implement sales strategies and ensure sales goals are met.
This role ensures our products reach consumers through distributors, wholesalers and retail outlets across the assigned states, by directing Area Sales Managers and Area Sales Executives, and by driving key growth programmes that move the region’s KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Translate national sales targets into regional operational plans and quotas.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise area and city sales representatives to achieve targets.
- Business Development: Build key relationships with major clients, distributors, and partners in the territory; and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, customer preferences, regional market trends and compliance.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze regional sales data using CRM tools and build action-oriented reports, dashboards and processes that track KPIs and give clear recommendations for incremental growth.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree. An MBA is a plus.

Experience: 8 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior or regional management role within the food, agricultural, or FMCG sector in the region applied for with a proven record of hitting targets.

Skills: Strong knowledge of local market dynamics, logistics, and channel development

Hands-on Experience: Planning and running marketing activations or trade marketing campaigns.

A self-starter who is passionate, creative, resilient and able to execute quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
