Role Purpose

• The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) owns commercial performance for the assigned region — full accountability for revenue, collections, customer acquisition, distributor/dealer development and team output.

Qualification and Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
• 8-12 years of progressive B2B sales experience in building materials, construction chemicals, adhesives, roofing products or FMCG distribution, including at least 3 years managing a field sales team.
• Building materials, construction chemicals, adhesives, roofing/waterproofing products, gypsum, paints/coatings, or FMCG distribution.
• 60-70% of working time in the field across the assigned region, including overnight travel to outlying towns as required.

Salary

N1,000,000 - N1,200,000 / month.
