About this role
Regional Sales Executive
We are seeking a Regional Sales Executive who is ambitious, self-driven, and energized by the challenge of opening new territories. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in environments where creativity, adaptability, and ownership matter more than following a script.
- Responsible for driving the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation, qualification, pipeline development and management, and closing.
- We sell online learning to K–12 students that's proven to improve outcomes and build self-efficacious learners, giving you something genuinely worth selling.
- Success in this role requires someone who embraces experimentation, learns quickly from setbacks, and actively seeks out opportunity.
- With uncapped commission, the earning potential here scales directly with the territory you build.
This is a fully remote opportunity with an expectation to travel to your assigned territory, currently including states like Michigan and Wisconsin, with more potentially added over time. Being located near these states is a plus but not required.
If you're the kind of person who enjoys building something, not just inheriting it, this may be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, discovery, presentations, proposals, and closing.
- Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with K–12 districts, schools, and online learning leaders.
- Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline by blending outbound strategies, events, referrals, and creative outreach.
- Learn our solution deeply to position our differentiators with clarity and integrity.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to align messaging and support customer needs.
- Accurately track activity, pipeline progress, and forecasting in CRM tools.
- Act as the face of our organization in your region, representing our values of integrity, honesty, and learner-centered outcomes.
Qualifications
-
Demonstrated levels of urgency in managing and closing opportunities within the outlined sales cycle.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
-
Prior experience in B2B sales; K-12 EdTech background preferred but not required.
-
Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle independently.
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
-
Comfortable with CRM tools and pipeline forecasting.
-
Ability to travel up to 20%, including to assigned territory states.
-
Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year.
