About the Role Regional Sales Director will lead the DACH regional sales team responsible for pursuing, acquiring and growing system integrator accounts, building distribution partnerships and driving multi-line security solutions sales across CAM-ENT portfolio. Reporting to Senior Sales Director – North Europe, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on relationship development to help Motorola Solutions grow in the region. What You'll Do
- Lead a team in pursuing, acquiring and growing system integrator accounts, building relationships with distribution partners and driving business through multiple lines of solution sales.
- Coach and manage team members, setting quarterly and annual goals, using Salesforce and other tools to track progress.
- Manage pipelines to ensure opportunity creation and proper reporting with direct reports.
- Design, build and execute a comprehensive business practice for CAMs in the territory.
- Develop relationships within potential accounts to generate growth and opportunities for Motorola Solutions.
- Manage quota targets for regional sales managers and other key personnel, coordinating with leadership to set objectives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for territory and direct reports.
- Foster a positive team environment and apply team-building skills.
- Create and execute yearly business plans for the territory in coordination with leadership.
- Collaborate with leadership to propose solutions for market challenges, growth strategies, customer programs, and compensation/incentive plans.
- Oversee sales of products and services in the territory.
- Attend trade shows and represent Motorola Solutions VS&A at marketing events.
- Communicate end-user requirements to engineering and operations to help drive product improvements.
